KMH Design was established in 2002 to design and manufacture electronic modules for the Access Control and Door Entry markets. However, many of our products can be successfully used on a wide variety of applications outside the Access Control market. We hope you find the products on this website of interest. KMH Design is a specialist provider of electronic design and manufacturing services. We can provide custom designed solutions for one-off projects, as well as complete product development.

From prototypes to small quantity production runs, we can provide a competitive and flexible manufacturing service to suit your needs. Contracts can be accepted on a free issue basis or we can source the components for you.

Design time scales are dependant on your project requirements. Typically, for a custom designed project, we can design and manufacture equipment in 2 to 6 weeks. New product designs usually take longer due to the investigation of design ideas, sourcing components etc. New product designs typically take 1 to 3 months to complete.

With a custom designed project we supply full user instructions concerning the operation of the equipment. For new product designs we will also supply complete circuit diagrams and a detailed parts list, together with any manufacturing documentation that may be required by your chosen manufacturer.
